Rosario's runs happy hour Tuesday through Thursday from 3pm to 6pm at the main bar only. Drinks include $8 house margaritas, $8 sangria, $7 wine by the glass, and $2 off draft beer and select cocktails. Food specials run $8 to $11 — queso, shishito peppers, Mexican street corn, guacamole, ceviche.
The Trove note
Main-bar only — the rooftop runs its own schedule with separate evening promotions. The Tuesday-Thursday-only window is a tighter run than most Southtown HH, so plan accordingly.
